why deadlines are killing me
timelines are arbsurd.
what’s the point? time is in flux, and so are milestones. certain people would approach life from the perspective that every date needs to plotted a month in advance. these are probably people who frame their calendars above their bedposts, and dream of opportunities to yell at teammates who miss deadlines. and although i can’t claim to have had these malicious dreams,...

take care of your friends today
there’s no contract binding friends together. it’s unspoken. friendship is a precious thing that must be nurtured constantly, or else it’ll float away about as easy as a helium ballon. think about it.
too little attention, and it’ll sway.
too much time, and it’ll drop.
too little caution, and it’ll float away.
too much pressure, and it might pop.

one thing to never forget: testing
you can never test too much.
there’s always a certain level of insecurity when putting your beloved project to the test. perhaps it’s the fear that it may not work; or the fear that you have to go back to the drawing board and start over.
getting feedback can be a devastating experience, since there is always a very real chance that it can fail - that it can fall face flat.
